I remember someone said that Tsubaki Line is almost 9 miles long but I was skeptical because in the Arcade games the track is just as long as Akina. Well that was before I saw the WHOLE track on google maps...

It has links to download, go to that page and translate, and I just downloaded the 13 and 14 ones, watching episode 14 now, kinda excited to see how it plays out

No clue but it hints toward it, not to mention there are screenshots and animation costs some money so I doubt they would make it and not release

Don't know any streams atm, the raw came out today so subs won't be out for a few days, many a week usually
