Then maybe we should be Forza Motorsport / Gran Turismo's touge community? Speaking of which there can possibly already be a touge forum on GTPlanet has anyone checked?

I like that and it's cool to see we are expanding out to grand turismo to see what it has to offer. Also Kraze I found these guys on there like that but they were more focused on Initial D than just Touge but I'll put up the link to it when I find it again.

Lol I found that same exact thread a few minutes ago thanks man.
@DaRk n1gHt 1 - No there's no coupe 86 in GT5 and there won't be one for GT6 neither. They DO have the Trueno and Levin '83 GT-APEX hatchbacks as well as Shuichi Shigeno's personal Initial D AE86 replica.

Yeah ill send it over tonight.
@Clutch the customization and lack of livery sucks but it makes up for it with a ton of cars that car enthisiasts actually like along with great physics.

The thing is the amount of JDM cars is really a lot less than what you think, and I'm not just talking about there being 40 variations of the Skyline. Take for instance the FD3S. There's more than 20 variants of it, at least one for each year from 1992-2002 + Type R, RZ, Efini and Bathurst editions. It all looks good and tempting but then you realize they are all standard quality cars and only 2 of them, a Spirit R and an Efini model, are the only premium quality FDs in the game. So why even bother buying a lower quality version of basically the same car? So just like that 20+ FDs are reduced by 90%.
Same goes for the Skyline, Silvia, S2000, NSX, Z, etc.
If the car count were cut in half in favor of having all of them be premium quality cars I don't think I'd mind. Hell it might even be better to have ALL of them be standard quality so that way you don't feel that one is better than the other.
My 2 cents I guess.

I don't have a lot of confidence in Polyphony honestly, but hopefully they didn't miss the details.

Exactly, the AE86 wasn't even a premium in GT5, which blows my mind.

yeah it would be so sweet to have all the ae86 models and maybe even the 85 as premium cars. or at least the shuichi shigeno version

@Kraze, I look at the standard cars as bonuses. At least we get to drive them, I don't really mind if they have an interior or not. If they would've never done the standard cars then we would probably have a couple more premiums we probably wouldn't want to drive anyway.

But for someone who drives cockpit view a lack of interior is more than annoying, it's a hindrance. However in GT6 all cars will have interiors regardless of whether they're premium or not (quality will vary of course).
