All the episodes should be on YouTube, but Funimation is destroying Initial D videos by the minute, so you kinda have to watch them on the day or day after they are uploaded.

Its like any youtube content, if you don't own the movie/video/tv show, it will get taken down because it isn't yours. People also try to upload popular videos like this and try to make money off them :/ That is how channels get taken down
Funimation owns the rights to Initial D as far as youtube goes, not exactly sure what their affiliation and contract is.

Funimation probably took down most of the episodes of the English dub to encourage more people to buy their DvDs. I think it only goes to episode 3 in English on the YouTube playlist now.
Also, Konasumi, Funimation has no hand in Initial D other than providing English releases. Funimation is only liscensed to sell anime, they don't produce it. Though they are licensed to sell stages 1-4, there hasn't been any word of them purchasing the license for fifth stage.

Just checked out Haruna Touge. Crazy how they really only seemed to have changed the name to Akina and made everything else like in real life.
Just doublechecking I was looking at the correct road the race track from Initial D is the Jomo-Sanzan-Panorama-Hwy right? With it's 5 (actually 4 but whatever) hairpins

Yeah the point kraze gave is where the 4 hairpins are, I found that this mark is where they always start at in initial D 36°29'5.70"N 138°53'49.80"E. This is on the first straight near the water tower followed by a sharp left and a gutter next to it. If you need better visuals to picture the way the touge is then just watch this video along with google maps.
