At the actual race, everyone could outrun everyone real quick, 200ft is too small gap.

Aight i just tested it and 100ft gap made ma laugh, its way too small, also 150ft is too small gap.

About 250ft or more is good enough, all this tested in actual race. Yes its many car lenghts but in the race its not that much. Sure, its more than in "real" touge, but this is a game.

Well what happens is the lead car dont pull away over 250ft by the finish line?

Well, if the chaser is unable to pass and hold the lead or leader cannot outrun the chaser then its a draw.
IMO the pass is the point in this rule set.

hahhah. well, outrun is outrun. But i was thinking that perhaps the whole outrun rule should be left out, since the whole idea of the Dm rule set is the passing

Ok, i left out the outrun rule, it turned into battle of opinions lol

@bukkaz watch the battle between takumi and the black evo3 driven by kyoichi.

Its basically pulling right along side of the opponent and stay there till you have the inside. The opponent should slow down cause his line is disturbed and you can pass at almost 100% garantee

Its pretty tough to do tho. I mostly fail at it but its startin to work more often. Good spot to do it on ndh are the few turns before the long straight at the river you can either pull away at that tiny s-curve but at least at the consecutive hairpins
