Touge Union 2013 Civic Cup [RACE OVER - RESULTS ON 1ST PAGE]

Race Time: 7:00p.m. CST
Race Location: Mazda Laguna Seca
Race Length: 10 Laps
Qualifying Time: The first qualifier will be held on Friday 7/26/2013 from 8-9pm CST and the second qualifier will be on Saturday from 3-4pm CST.

*Racing line, ABS, and TCS will be off and we will be running simulation damage.*

You will have the choice between three different cars..

1. 1994 Honda Civic 1.5 VTi
2. 1997 Honda Civic Type-R
3. 2004 Honda Civic Type-R

Modification Restrictions

*Horsepower must be below 250*
*Weight must be above 2,200lbs*
*PI must be below A565*

Conversion
Engine Swap - The 1994 Honda Civic 1.5 VTi will be the only vehicle allowed to do a motor swap.
Drivetrain Swap - This is NOT allowed on any vehicle.
Aspiration Conversion - All vehicles must remain N/A.

Aero & Appearance - NO Forza aero allowed!

Tires & Rims
Tire Compound - Race Compound is permitted.
Tire Width - 225s are the max tire width permitted.
Rim Size - 17" is the largest rim size permitted.

Drivetrain - All drivetrain mods are permitted.

Platform & Handling - All platform/handling mods are permitted. Race roll cages are REQUIRED.

Engine & Power - Modifications to the cams, valves, displacement, and pistons are NOT permitted. Anything else is fair game.

It can be whatever sponsor you want.

It says the power and weight must be below 250hp and above 2,200lbs respectively.  Does that mean max power is 249hp and min weight 2,201lbs?
