Touge cruise/battles

My idea was to start a "touge cruise" lobby and hoping it would become a regular lobby to compete in.

So my inspiration would be initial D. Being that you would just cruise around and if someone wanted to battle they would just pull up behind you. And the winner would be the one that got away.

Everybody would drive on the correct side of the road and if needed people could block the road.

There wouldn't be any restrictions either they would be heads up races.

I think it should have a class or hp restriction or something like that to keep it evenly matched
