| Many of you may already have a firm grasp on how to turn/drift through corners. Found this little gem searching around on the internet. The guide is for an Arcade game called Initial D Version 3/4 but the techniques explained here can be used in any form of racing. Buckle up and try them out.

| I'd say the only applicable theory there is "Outside, inside, outside", and "slow in fast out" but those are only beginner lines in the first place.
A lot of the info on that page only works in the realm of IDAS's arcade style physics. Even if you were trying to drift in Forza, there's better ways to do it.

| I think it's a good starting point for beginners even though it's for the Arcade game. Did anyone play V3? If so, what was you car? And how many stars did you have? I had the Levin, 14 Stars, almost had my aura too. My favorite course was Iroha, those jumps were awesome. | |

http://phors.locost7.info/phors17.htm He might have just ment that arcade game, but most beginner lines usually end up too fast into a corner, and having to slow at the exit, where the slow in fast out would be a more advanced line

http://phors.locost7.info/phors17.htm It's not a false statement, and I do read what I write. To truly learn a course you have to go beyond guidelines like "slow in fast out" and "outside inside outside". If you are unfamiliar with the course, they're great guidelines to follow, and even for advanced drivers they're 99% of the time the best way to corner, I use it for nearly every corner on Fujimi. People like Kona and Betadood have proven to me unconventional lines can be fast, or even faster than following the guidleines to a T. That is a great link though, i'll definitely read this.
