I love Lego myself and being honest that kinda looks like shit I made an old Lego 86 build on my channel inspired by this guy vvvv
It's more flatter than most Lego replicas

When building replicas with legos it all depends on the scale of what you are building. Smaller scale builds will of course look like shit because size and scale ratio of the bricks. The 86 that car throttle made fits the "chibi" theme. The one you posted makes the 86 look like a flattened sandwich.

I loved to make replica Hot Wheels cars out of lego when I was a kid. I don't have photos of them now but these were the cars:
P.S. Hot Wheels Highway 35 was an awesome part of my childhood.
