There's Auto Modellista. AM is a game that focuses on import cars and has a lot of Japanese courses, including touge mountains like Akagi. They have copies at the Game G in the mall, and it's a fun game.
You can also pick up Initial D: Special Stage, but you will have to mod your PS2 to play it.

Try kaido battle i think its called txr: drift in the us. Its quite awesome
