| hey smooth, are we doing this with some hot lap pole position business before the race? I suggest we do, and I suggest we run a cold lap with everyone in their positions, 40 mph limit then green flag it when the first car hits the line. | |

| 1. Yes 2. The race will be a 6 lap race, the first lap will have a pacer car and the last 5 laps will be the official race. | |

| Anyone else having that issue with lovelinks.com?
@Triumph- No. Some people here use the racing line to help with braking points. It's not.like it's an auto-drive feature.

| Thats the problem, on a race track you shouldnt have "Help" with your braking. You should be using your head to find the markers that best suit your car and use them, not a flashine green/yellow/red line on the freaking road. If you absolutely NEED racing line just to drive around a circuit, you're probably not cut out for circuit racing. And just for the record, my TOUGE TUNED C Class MR-S was top 50 on the Laguna Seca Autocross Rivals Challenge, so saying touge cars dont work on tracks other than Fujimi Kaido is complete BS. =] | |

For the record, I only use Braking Only so I can judge when I want to brake, and I usually find mysekf braking later than the line indicates because I pull faster lines without it. It just helps me with the doubt of the brake point. Besides--Not everyone is all-pro like you. I allow braking-only in my events only because some tracks have trickier braking points.

| Tracks are all fairly generic. Most of them even have the markers on the side of the road. Tsukuba is one of the courses that every corner is marked by either numbers on the side or rumble strips on the side of the road. Braking without the line on is not rocket science. You have to drive the course and actually learn it rather than making the game tell you where you're supposed to brake. It burns the course knowledge into your head rather than having to re-learn every time you drive the course. I absolutely NEVER drive with line on for the reason that I like learning the courses rather than having the game tell me exactly when the ideal braking point is. | |

| If you have touge-ed a lot then honestly braking line is unnecessary Then again, there are many "in-game" braking shadows on Fujimi ex. tree before hairpin after long straight Still if you focus, you should drive fine and maybe faster with your own lines instead of the lines given. | |

| ^I can easily learn the braking points, but I use the line to help myself learn at first. Afterwards I usually ignore it. | |

| Exactly, you understand what I'm saying, shark. If you actually take the time to learn a course on your own, you'll probably end up running faster than using the braking lines suggested by the game. I know that on fuji, using the hairpin after the straight as an example, a lot of cars you have to brake right at the tree shadow, but cars like the MR-S and MX-5's you can go 1-2 car lengths after the shadow before you start braking. If you get the braking points in memory rather than in lights on the road, you'll be able to push the limits of your braking harder. | |

| Regardless of what you think, obelisk, I think to add to the simulation experience of this A-Class Circuit race, suggested line should be forced off completely. If you can't use any other assists, why let people use the racing line? We might as well allow TCS/STM as well then. | |

| Yeh it can be done almost with any car if u left foot brake hard enough just to where you almost lock the tires *actually there is another tree shadow that is helpful other than the one explained - Spoiler:
its after the tunnel
