I sort of did the same thing before I ran the 31, I switched to the digital gauge and I noticed a big improvement, gives me a bit more room to focus on the road. Not sure why, but it works. | |

You should focus more on the full downhill/uphill instead of just the stages.
There are plenty of people here who havent put up a LB time for individual stages since everyone just runs the full downhill/uphill | |

I just did a few runs with the timer turned off and it helped alot! I even went into the invisible rock and still got a 4:45. It doubles your concentration | |
