Just brought a thrust master Ferrari 458 spider wheel so from tonight I will be a wheel user lol

Nice! I'm eyeing the Thrustmaster TMX wheel for FM6 to return to the glory days.

As far as I am aware, the Spider wheel does not work with the shifter. The shifter has to be plugged into the wheel when used with the Xbox, only works in standalone USB mode on the Playstation or PC.

You could have gotten a G920 for £100 more at PC world, which comes with a 3 pedal set in the box. Hell, on Easter weekend PC world was selling the G920 for £99. Not to mention Thrustmaster just announced the TMX, which should retail for around £160. It has full FFB, works with the TH8A shifter, and can have the T3PA or Pro pedals added to it on the Xbox one. Even the TX wheel is only at £250/260 now.

As you can tell, I have no love for the F458 spider wheel with its non FFB bungee cord resistance system. When you really think about it, the Microsoft force feedback racing wheel on the 360 only retailed for £99 when it was new 10 years ago.

Its good that you are moving up though, but I can highly recommend putting some money aside and getting something better in the future. If you really want to get into using a wheel, and even though I love my G920 and had issues with Thrustmaster when my TX broke. I would suggest aiming for the TX wheel. It has been out long enough now, that the issues myself and others had back when they released should be fixed. It also gives you more options, included making it very easy to add full sized steering wheels to it (popular mod on wheels, even on the Logitech G27). As the wheel rims are removable and changeable by default.

Now I have a question.

Does the force feedback work with the Chryslus Rocket?

Well technically yes there's no reason it wouldn't. If you had a joystick with FFB it would be more accurate though lol
