35's NOT Allowed - Touge competition - time to sign up!

Alright guys here's the rules:

1. No ability for 4:35's allowed. This means you need do run a car that gets consistent 37's. Those of you who cannot run 37's may use whatever it takes to run this time which brings us to rule 2
2. Forza aero is permitted if you NEED it. Its there only as a cushion to those who can't run 37's consistently without it. Im trusting you guys to be honest here
3. No cars are banned, so long as rules one and two are not over stepped



Competition Battle rules:

1. Rolling start from the start line
2. Drivers will decide this on the fly but contact is prohibited. Rubbing is racing but bumper cars is not
3. A pass is a win as long as you keep the lead through the next corner. So don't screw up guys
4. A distance of 100ft is required to win as lead car

These rules emphasize driving skill, I can change it back to normal race rules that are always used but this is a bit more edgy and I wanted to give it a shot. If enough of you don't like it, I'll gladly abide by your comfort.

In the semi finals and finals, traffic will be used! This event is all about experimenting and I haven't seen this done yet so it's happening. Tell me what you think, sign up either way because it'll be fun.

Essentially. Id like to use fun cars, not cars we all use because theyre the fast ones. And yes, I realize this is subjective due to skill level but Im a boss and will find a way to work around it

Well, maybe a GTR and the Z32.

What about cars that are known to hit 35s but the driver himself still can't hit that yet?

I knew Id get this question. To be honest, I was thinking Id let those guys slide. However, I was also thinkin to allow forza aero so those who can't run fast enough with a different car could have a fall back in case they need it. Might jus let them run their normal car tho, it depends

I do like the idea, the tricky bit is figuring out the cars. Just because there are some cars that can probably do those fast times but no one has found yet.

I think that as long as you yourself cannot hit a 35 with it then the car is valid. I'd be good to allow those who aren't remotely close to 35s with their cars to install Forza aero to keep up with the rest. This would make for a very even playing field IMO.

This will happen, prizes awarded to best of show and first and second place. Third gets a high five

b (fd under 45 or something)

Which Celica? There's three, and they do all tend to vary greatly from each other, without a doubt.....

(Not to mention I use an Oh-Three Celica and damn well won't scratch the surface of a 35.

I'm not sure if Kirk is allowing people to use Forza aero if they are nowhere close to 35s in their car of choice. However that depends on the driver of course.

Yes forza aero is alowed if you're not running 37,s. However, that's the cap on speed that Im putting in order to see different cars. I don't care what car you run, please ignore the first page posts and the ones that continue to page 2.
