So we run Miatas thru the whole season? Cuz it'd be epic to see a new spec car for each race.. And I assume since there's no points system, we jus go for a win on each race day and not worry about an over all standing?

Last night I decided to do a points system just have to figure out amount of points awarded to each position. And the next race will be different. No line so start practicing.

Did you decide on handicapping the winner and allowing the loser extra PI?

Yes winner will be capped 5hp and last place will be given 5hp. I can't have the same person win every race because then its not fun anymore. And the loss in hp isn't drastic so it shouldn't be so crippling that you can't still finish in a decent position.

what about reverse grid orders? Think there's a way to implement that? I just enjoy mixing up the race like that, food for thought

Do what I do, practice with the line on and memorize the braking points somehow.

That doesnt sound bad just not sure how that could work... I wouldn't know where to place them in the grid orde

This is an F1 scoring system from the 2012 season:

1st place 25 points
2nd place 18 points
3rd place 15 points
4th place 12 points
5th place 10 points
6th place 8 points
7th place 6 points
8th place 4 points
9th place 2 points
10th place 1 point
Anything below - No points

There's always controversy about every little thing in F1 though. It doesn't really matter which scoring is used as long as Wesman is cool with it.

I think less numbers in a points system would be better. Instead of someone scoring 1000 points in a seasoni think 200 or so would be easier to keep track of. Also the gap between numbers isn't big so people won't nessecarily drop drastically in the season standings incase they finish low during a race. we'll probably just go with the F1 points system.

Is it too late to join in? Just learned about this today.

^The series is on a break and will continue or restart in the summer.
