you can say that again had me on the edge of the seat. surprised how much of a difference manual clutch makes on acceleration. too bad it forces me to use the controller again.

one thing i noticed though you go really close to the inside when you enter the first of the consecutive hairpins and then go wiiiide on the exit. that allowed to close the gap and once i even overtook you there i think. You should try to cut in from the outside and you should be able to go full throttle on the center line at the exit

^I do a center-inside-center line on the hairpins, uses less road and less time than a conventional out-in-out approach

i come out just right of the center line like that after the first hairpin the next 3 i take mid-inside-mid as well with a late apex though

I have actually, best I could do was 4:38.4...which is exactly what I did in my FC. Granted I practice all the time in my FC, and I could match it with minimal practice in an RX-8, so it feels like it has more potential. I've seen Wilson do some crazy stuff in it.

That's what I thought, Wilson was doing similar times. I need to rebuild mine and go for a record, i've got to master every rotary after all.

Yeah, I feel the same. The R3 is pretty disappointing honestly.
