in that article it didnt ever say how it was top gears fault it just said they were the ones driving it when it caught on fire not that they lit it on fire or something.
I found a more detailed article about it. I guess they just were the ones driving it when it went up, not that there was any fault. I guess the design of the car didnt allow the motor to cool properly. Must have been a long hot day
