I dont see the resemblance.
Is it because his hair flairs out on the sides and bangs? I wouldn't say thats enough to make a resemblance.
Watch more anime and you'll probably notice more characters looking like N.

With the sound off works fime for me.

And the Pokemon dub/anime feels like a baby's show.

Never cared for Black Rock Shooter, the OVA's came first and were confusing until you watched the season drop.
