I agree, but good luck telling that to the majority with SMS supporters. I have no issues with them starting development on a second game, every dev does this. But to open up for another round of public funding, and to make a public announcement that pcars 2 is on the way is a dumb move. They should have kept this private for the time being, and only opened up the funding phase to current WMD members; and waited to make this a public affair. I knew it was on the cards, because of been a WMD member myself, but it was something they was only talking about in private.
