I haven't really officially raced anyone (besides bukkaz) on nür so I'm not really sure

Ok so will do the entire thing. Ill be in a bclass s2000 with 300 hp and 191 tq. Just a heads up, touge tunes handle the ring really well but they lack the power to be fast. I suggest using lower grade tires. Of course thats completely up to u. As far as the rest of the build i dont have any restrictions unless u have some in mind. Do u want to do cat n mouse first to 2 wins with 150 ft outrun distance or a straight up race?
