| My first tune will be my 2006 Honda S2000, I set my first lap of 7:22.127 at the Nurburgring Nordschleife with this tune. Admittedly this is not the easiest to drive but with some precision throttle control you can master this car. Beware of the oversteer under braking and Acceleration, I use it to help rotate the car around corners but it can be easily tuned out with the LSD. - The Set-Up:
The Car Honda S2000 '06
The Statistics PP: 500 Max Power: 372 BHP Weight: 1,049 kg Front/Rear Weight Distribution: 50 : 50
GT Auto Paint: Berlina Black Rims: +1 RAYS RE30 Paint: Silver Metallic Change Oil Improve Body Rigidity
Parts Sports Hard Tyres Height-Adjustable, Fully Customizable Suspension Racing Brake Kit Fully Customizable Mechanical Limited-Slip Differential Triple-Plate Clutch Kit Carbon Propeller Shaft Engine Tuning Stage 3 Sports Computer Racing Exhaust Isometric Exhaust Manifold Catalytic Converter: Sports Weight Reduction Stage 3 Carbon Bonnet (Body Colour) Window Weight Reduction
The Tune Tyres Front Tyres: Sports Hard Rear Tyres: Sports Hard
Suspension Ride Height: F: 90 R: 94 Spring Rate: F: 6.25 R: 6.92 Dampers: (Compression) F: 5 R: 5 Dampers: (Extension) F: 5 R: 5 Anti-Roll Bars: F: 3 R: 3 Camber Angle: (-) F: 1.0 R: 0.0 Toe Angle: F: 0.00 R: 0.20
Brake Balance: F: 4 R: 3
Drivetrain (Transmission) Stock
Drivetrain Initial Torque: 5 Acceleration Sensitivity: 13 Braking Sensitivity: 8
Power Power Limiter: 98.1%
Body Ballast Weight: 2 kg Ballast Position: 6%
I would appreciate any feedback.

| My second tune is for the 1991 Acura NSX, now I must admit I only chose the Acura because it was a premium model rather than the ugly standard model Honda's. I always found that this car didn't have much pace wrapped up in it but this tune I have made makes it quite nice to drive and no slouch either, I managed a 7:32.184 at The Ring and that's at 480pp! - The Set-Up:

| This tune is a bit late as I've been quite busy lately. I have a Logitech Driving Force GT coming on Thursday so my tuning style may change over the next couple of weeks. Anyway, to the Car, which is beautiful by the way. This car is amazing considering it's almost half a Century old! Although I wouldn't want any more power in it because it becomes undrivable. I managed a 7:53.180 at the Green Hell although something tells me that 430PP cars are capable of sub 7:50.000 laps, we will have to wait and see. - The Set-Up:
The Car Toyota 2000GT '67

| Depends, What's the Front - Rear Weight balance? Also are you not getting enough grip under acceleration? | |

| It's 47:53 I think, the car's 608 kg. It accelerates fine, I just need to find a way to keep it from sliding in high speed turns. | |

| I have a wing installed, it helps but most of the sliding is at corners between 60-110 mph. | |

| What are the lowest/highest values you can set it to? Also what do you have it set to right now?
A higher downforce rating will mean the higher speed section will be easier (Creates more grip) but there will be a bigger difference in how the car reacts from slower corners to faster ones which can be a bit off putting.
You may need to tune your LSD so the Acceleration is set more for Understeer to stop you losing control.

| I think the LSD might be the biggest problem. the wing is on default settings, but I shrunk the dimensions to make it blend with the car, if that matters. | |

| The shape/size of your wing won't affect your performance, even though it should.
Yes, if you can learn how to tune the LSD you'll soon realize it's a good trait to have.
You should install an LSD and go into Time Trial mode, give the car a run and identify what the problem is, in your case you say the car oversteers too much at mid-high speeds. Next you need to find out whether it becomes unstable under acceleration or Deceleration/Braking or both.
If it's only under acceleration you need to lower the "Acceleration Sensitivity" setting to create understeer which will stabilize the car, if it's for deceleration/braking you need to raise the "Braking Sensitivity" setting to create more understeer although don't go too far either way or your car will definitely handle like crap.
I would say yes about putting your tune here but give the above a try first! It's incredibly rewarding to know you have built your car and it drives how you want it to drive.

| High revving naturally aspirated engines, my favourite! This tune for the RX-8 allows it to reach 10,300rpm before bouncing off the limiter. That's why I like the S2000 so much! As I am on the subject of the S2000 I should point out that the RX-8 is similar to it, Roughly the same weight, produces similar power, from the same time frame, has a perfect 50 : 50 weight balance, etc. etc. Me and a friend raced both the RX-8 & the S2k stock at the Ring and we found that they were very close in performance! The S2000 was slightly better in the corners for it's lower weight yet the RX-8 pulled harder on the straights because of it's higher power output. Those differences become a lot more clear when you tune both cars to 500PP, The RX-8 feels a lot faster than the S2000, just comparing the stats of both the tunes show their similarities. I feel if I re-tuned the Suspension, Anti-Roll Bars & LSD I could find 5 seconds off the already amazingly fast lap time of 7:18.354- The Set-Up:
The Car Mazda RX-8 Type S '07
The Statistics PP: 500 Max Power: 372 BHP Weight: 1,099 kg Front/Rear Weight Distribution: 49 : 51

| You should give this tune a go, you wont be dissapointed. Use that info I gave you about LSD's to adjust it if it Over/Understeers too much for your liking. | |
