| I made 3 builds for the Evo to see which was better: 1st build - 4:43.407 2nd build - 4:41.590 3rd build - 4:40.224 Obviously one was better than the others but the obvious trend was that - Spoiler:
sacrificing weight for better tire traction was completely worth it.

| It's a really strange car, it's less stable than the 86 in the corners but it's faster somehow you just pull away in mid range power | |

| I'm averaging 36s in the 86 now. I'm just about to give up on it I have never been so frustrated with a car before. If no one told me the 86 could do 33s I'd have considered high 34s as the limit. Man I just don't know what to do. | |

| It does take time to know how to control the 86 but when you manage a 33 in it I bet you will be able to go faster in all your other cars | |

| ^like you said before since you're using a wheel you can't use the konabraking method I use when driving. I'm sure you'd have the capability of getting a 33 with a controller. | |

| ^I only said that as an excuse, I mean Betadood didn't konabrake either when he ran mid 34s then he got a full second faster somehow. There's something fundamentally wrong with what I'm doing and I don't know if I'm getting closer to figuring it out. | |

| Maybe I can take a closer look and see how your lines are.
I may not be fast, but I know what good lines look like.

| No offense but I need help from AE86 specialists, since Betadood and Shark are out of Gold that just leaves Bukkaz. | |

| I'll have that sorted tomorrow ASAP, just gift the replay. Do you want it in chase cam or interior view? I'll have the telemetry on either way. | |

| I sent you my replay. I observed my own run and identified about 3 mistakes, but all of them together couldn't have cost me more than 0.5s at the very worst I think, so that still doesn't explain how I'm lagging nearly 1.5s behind. I will look forward to any criticism on my technique and work to correct it. | |

I'll be posting it a bit later than expected-ran into some issues.
