| I did an 86 up in A class for a mess about and put my C class settings on it and when i drove it round the mountain it handled better than my C class! With 225bhp and it only slid once and i was flooring it as much as i could! It really has confused me why a more powerful 86 handles better than my C class. Unfortunatly not many people race A class, it's mosty B class so i will be getting rid of it :/ | |

| Money is so easy to get in this game, and selling cars back to the game gives you nothing, so there is no point in selling cars really. Keep them All! | |

| I don't really race my 86 because I use an NSX for the downhill and an Evo for the uphill so I don't know what times it gets maybe 4:35s?? | |

Well I am one of those people that go insane if their garage is messy. I have to sell every car I don't use. Excluding unicorns or T10 gift cars.

| There is a trick to organizing your garage. You can form groups but only in grid view. highlight the car you want, then group them together.
Its nice having all my touge cars right at the begining of my garage :]

To be honest the car is great but it can be outclassed by faster AWDs, it really depends on how good you are at driving FRs since the car will pack a punch in terms of power (330hp - 340hp). However, the chassis is very stable and with a bit of tuning it can run really fast times (I've only done a 4:34.040 with mine but Edward has one that runs 4:31s so you could ask him for tuning tips I guess).

| Well your 86 handles better because it probably has a better torque curve. I'm assuming you put race cams on it Torque will be higher up the rev range and because of that, when you downshift with or without heel toeing, the torque will 'sync' better with the gears. That's why racers in JGTC frequently use left foot braking so that they can balance throttle oversteer with brakes and keep throttle lift oversteer in check while keeping the car in the power band. I learnt this 2 months ago at Sepang Racing Academy. I recently gained entry to the lower semi pro level and got to try the TOM'S Petronas SC430. I couldn't balance myself when I got out of the car | |

I learnt this 2 months ago at Sepang Racing Academy. I recently gained entry to the lower semi pro level and got to try the TOM'S Petronas SC430. I couldn't balance myself when I got out of the car I used that technique A LOT especially in my mx5 and 86. When i mastered that, i started breaking in to the 37's b class new down hill in my mx5. This technique isnt for everyone tho, i typically run my break pressure 85 - 90% so its a bit easier for me to balance throttle. Its a good method to confuse who ever is chasing you ;] Make them believe they need to brake earlier while youre still on the throttle will definitely throw them off. Only those who are committed to their line, read body language, or use the same technique can void it off. BTW Bukkaz, theres a spot open for the Tofu Shop Touge Showdown if you would like to enter you 86 or sw20.
