| Alright so I thought of an idea to see how long all the touge racers have raced. And then I'll compare myself to the voters (as I got forza 4 during Xmas so I'd say several months) When you voted, please comment on this thread about your answer. (So I vote several months, I comment "voted for several months" on this thread. It will tell me that if it really takes time or it should be mastered in a day. This poll wont end so everyone feel free to vote. Thanks | |

| Years, I started drifting and racing pretty much through all the Forzas, got into it more when the New Down Hill appeared in FM3, but as there was no pub lobbies, I didn't race anyone really.
The moment FM4 came out and I got some cars, I took to the public p2p lobbies!

| When i started touge in February this year i was running 5:00+ on the NDH. now i average 4:37 and my PB is 4:36 so it's safe to say it takes time and practice to get faster. at least in most cases | |

| Ah i get it, cause only recently i'd say 3 months ago, I actually READ what they said on the side of the tweaking of the anti-roll bars and others. And then i read some helpful tuning tips (provided by MindCharger I think ) To help me out. It did help me to get a 4:45 on the NDH after tuning it myself and getting a 4:51 ouch... I did also drive my 86 in Forza 3 but the car drove like any other 4wd when it was a rwd..... I used to do stage A reverse most of the time and got 2:06 on forza 3 (no sweat) Now on forza 4, i did have to drive my car to the limits and i got 2:06 on the same run (some sweat) I have to get used to controlling the accerator since like most of the gamers out there, i Have a faulty controller. which suked terribly. Mostly because my left analog stick, the steering, is sticky as in it will be stuck in the same way you turned the analog stick at a small but annoying degree. Still i can agree that practice and patience is key on the touge. | |

| I first started touge racing ever since forza 4 released. The reason I even bought it in the first place was so I could touge race an 86. Of course starting out on your first racing sim and trying to drive an 86 was a pretty deadly combination. It took me about 7 months to even set a 4:43! But I just kept practicing with it and just kept getting even faster. You can never practice enough with the 86, it's not a car that has a lot of faults. It's just all up to the driver to bring the most out of the car. | |

ya i still have to do that. Apparently ive heard that some people drive the 86 and others unlock unknown capabilities from it. I of course am a regular driver unfortunately. Oh and that reminds me, betadood can you be my touge teacher? I asked on Xbox live but never got an answer. Really sorry to bug you but i want to unlock the 86 to its full potential. Just like everyone else.

| i mean if you count the first forza on regular xbox, ive been watching hot verisons, initial d and building "touge" and racing touge cars since the first forza. I remember i had a rsr s2000 and 86 i was drifting around the ship yards, and on the real old downhill...so i would say 8 years in total....damn im getting old lol | |

| I've been doing touge on Forza for a while now. Only started getting serious on the new down hill when I joined Touge Union. You can improve very fast just by racing along with most the drivers on this forum. | |

But I heard him say that he apparently started driving in middle school And endurance is one of the important things on the touge. If you crash or bump into something. Seconds will swarm your overall time. I know the basics of patience and practice but for some reason I cannot apply them on forza Maybe you might help me.

haha I never knew someone still clung onto that but anyways. That was a cosplay of the rotary master. I would tune it to actually run a touge, but currently I'm working on the 86. I dunno if I could ever beat a fast driver like you guys though.
