primary use is to make certain cars to fit in b class or just a preference for na. Or its a way to add an intercooler with no turbo to add weight lowering pi.

The main one works on twin turbos (primarily on the FD or 98 supra). first convert to single turbo. then prchaseto biggest turbo for it in engine mods then sell it. This removes ll forced induction.

TURBO GLITCH
People use it to get rid of turbos on their already stock aspirated vehicles and to shave off PI by adding an intercooler.

STEPS
1. Convert to single turbo
2. Buy Race Turbo
3. Sell Race Turbo
4. Add intercooler
5. Done

Lol we answered you the first time you asked this question in the Touge Tune Database thread:

There's three ways to use the turbo glitch:
1) By removing the turbo the horsepower decreases significantly thus lowering the PI and making room for more upgrades within a certain class.
2) You can simply use the N/A approach of engine tuning instead of the turbocharged route for less weight, better torque curves and better response at the expense of overall lower power.
3) Turbo glitching an N/A car instead of a factory turbo car will not decrease the horsepower or PI but it will allow you the option of upgrading the intercooler. A larger intercooler will act as a ballast (because the turbo is useless) thus adding weight to your car and lowering your PI slightly. This is useful for cars that exceed their class by 2-3 PI.
It works with superchargers as well btw
