Avoid using it as much as possible.

It's an unwritten rule of the virtual touge to stay away from Forza aero (it's not that it's outright banned but most people look down on it since it creates more downforce + less PI = more grip + more horsepower and/or less weight). It was Turn10's mistake to make it so and they haven't fixed it Mad

I just ran a 4:57.256 in '97 NSX, but i hit a wall so it didn't count on the leaderboards.

BTW thanks for the replies, it is great to see a active and friendly video game community like this!
In my experience, training with A class RWDs on the uphill is great way to learn throttle control, smooth driving, and the basic lines of Kaido. The downhill is mostly left to B class cars which emphasize the importance of not relying on power to gain speed but rather on corner entries and exits (basic driver technique). Hope this helps Wink

Right now I'm doing A class uphill, trying to relearn Kaido. Its a lot different racing up it, I'm usually drifting!

One more question, should I put on the Forza Bumper and Wing?
affraid nooooooooo! lol it's frowned upon

dont worry about the leaderboards just yet. my advice would be to start in C class with a Gen 1 miata, AE86, or 69z. why C class? because its much slower, forcing you to learn the best line for each corner. the slower your car is the more precise your line must be.

Thats why i like b class uphills Wink
