I don't think spending nights fixing shit that broke on your car is that pleasurable of an experience...

Yeah, you're right. But after it's fixed you get that feeling of accomplishment.

It's not really the having to fix stuff that is the pleasurable part...it's the being able to collaborate with friends or family on a singular task/goal and accomplishing that task/goal together that will fill you with accomplishment.
Trust me, my car's broken down more times then I'd ever want and every time I have to pop the hood again I'm like.. But, when it's all said and done those things turn out to be really great learning experiences.

This was my pride and joy till i had to sell after my kid was born [img][/img] not one of the old models , but i did do some work to it, as you can see i put a sport suspension, cobra rims and wider ruber, was a 5 speed 5.0 ,stage 2 clutch, chip, intake, heders, straight pipes, street cam, biggest radiator i could find for this model. i could gas it all day and i could run outta gas before it over heats. I think it looks cool in the snow! Civics are always best as hatchbacks to me.

Hopefully if I get some nice weather tomorrow I'll be pulling out the ol' Neon from the side of the house and trying to get her started again.

imo ferios are way more stylish and more functional for racing, since they have the longer wheel base then there hatchback brethren.

Plus 4-doors allows fo mo-ho's.
But yea I have an EG sedan. Only reason I got it was I needed a car that I could put a car seat in and not have to curse every time I put the baby in/out if the backseat. They aren't that bad, get awesome gas mileage and I have an EX so I have 4 wheel disc brakes and a sunroof. I usually loath driving anything FF but civics aren't that bad, they're pretty fun to drive on back roads. But they'll never compare to my 240's when rain or snow comes!

If I had to own an FF, it would be a Civic. Light on it's toes and fun, great gas mileage, 4 seats, Honda reliability and safety and basically idiot proof. I drove my friend's eighth gen Civic, i've only ever driven a few cars but it was much easier to get a handle on than my Z, not to mention I had much more peace of mind knowing how safe the thing was. It's no wonder they're some of the most popular cars of all time. Kind of makes me jealous of all the new technology, but I trust my Z enough not to kill me, lol.
Speaking of the Z, these came in a while back. It's fender emblems have been restored.
