Looking around Currys website, and see this little gem for £149.99; yeh I am grabbing that offer lol. This wheel still goes for around £250+ here in the uk, so to get around £100 off it is amazing. I should be able to pick it up tomorrow from the store, so I will soon have a wheel for pc racing again.

p.s now I have a wheel that is PS3 compatible, I might have a look at GT6 in the new year. Depends how I feel, as I cant stand the use of standards cars with placeholder dashboards.

Well, even though GT6 has a lot of standard cars, you can still grab like 500 or so premiums, including the Chaparral 2J and Toyota 7.

Anyways, congrats on the lucky find! Just be sure it isn't malifunctioning.

With how old a wheel it is now, it should be fine. I cant remember the last time I saw someone saying a brand new on of these was DOA. The vast majority say the G27 just keeps on going, no matter how often it is used.

That's a good thing. I might pick up a DFGT once I pay off my new car, which might be a while.

If you want, I can do a detailed search and give you a list of all of the cars with 'detailed' interiors.

Nah, thats ok Obelisk. I played GT5 on my boyfriends PS3 (before he sold it to buy a 360 lol), so I already know what to expect with GT6. Its just a case of if I will buy a PS3 for it or not, as GT5 sucked in my opinion. I still feel GT3 was the best of the lot.

PS3s are dirt cheap now, at least here in the U.S. I picked up a 320GB PS3 with a game and two controllers + HDMI for about $250 or £158.70.
