i was taking a superlight miata out for a spin and was checking everything out and the springs were damaged to like 12% and i was hitting anything anyhelp?

your suspension is probably too stiff in some way (either rebound, bump or springs) or your ride height is too low. Keep in mind i have limited tuning knowledge but this is something I have a small idea about

I have never heard of any damage on a car without first hitting something.

I have seen spring damage a lot in circuit racing. Its normally down to the suspension or ride height when going over bumps

Nvm it was just a glitch with the test drive thingy when i tried to do a run on hot lap it didn't replicate the results like i was expecting

The replay can be full of glitches especially damage to your transmission
