| so my dad and i are building a car and it was originally for school (i'm homeschooled) so we were gonna build a golf cart but then he decided it should be my first car so he raised the budget so went with:
2004 Mazda RX-8
Rx-7 transmission 5-speed
and a 2jz engine from a Toyota Supra
Am i Mental or is it just me | |

| Like do you own these parts already?
Does any shop make bell housing adapters for a 2jz to RX7 trans?
Why not just buy a 2jz with the original trans or a 1jz trans then run a custom driveshaft?
That would be way better with a better transmission and a cheaper build like 10x cheaper actually. | |
