Those settings are surprisingly good!  I don't know much about the spring rates but that is definitely the direction you want to go with that diff setting.  Personally my NSX has much softer ARBs in the rear compared to the front.  However the NSX is a car that is fairly easy to manage its wheelspin compared to other RWDs thanks to its MR layout.  If you're having traction problems it's 15% because of the tune and 85% because of throttle control.

Usually people just floor it and complain the tires don't hook up but in your case it looks like you just need a bit more practice.  Throttle control is not only knowing when to give it half-throttle but also knowing when to give it full throttle and how.  The more you practice the more natural it will feel to keep the tires gripping. After practicing with my car for about a year I got to a point where I was either completely off the throttle or completely on it 90% of the time.

Btw it also it helps to know what power/weight ratio you're running if you want more help.

Weirdly that is exactly how much power mine has but yours weighs 200 lbs less (but that's because Type-R NSXs don't have the option to add a rollcage since their bodies are already super stiff).  I assume it's A600 class so getting rid of power isn't an option.  Try decreasing the accel to 10% and make your rear ARB softer (maybe like 7.00 or something).
