In replay mode in forza 4, When I change my gears in my 86, It sounds like the gearbox breaks after every shift. im doing everthing in-game for changing gears In order; (let go gas, clutch ans shift up button, no ingame sound malfuction Wtf is this?

Just how the replays are, always has and will do this. Its just the revs are always higher in the replay which when you push it to the limited in the run, the replay basically will go higher usually banging off the limiter for a few seconds which destroys your gearbox
